Management Team

Youw Rui Xiong Alvin

Chief Executive Officer

Alvin Youw was a Financial Services Director at one of Asia’s top Financial Institutions with more than 16 years of financial experience.

He is a motivated entrepreneur, owning the directorship and being the Principal Consultant of various companies in South East Asia. Beginning his career in the financial industry at aged 21, fresh after serving the army, he made a life-changing decision to forsake his business studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU) to embark on a journey to pursue his goal of becoming a successful financier.

By 2012, he has already achieved several titles, such as Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Associate Financial Consultant by Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore (IFPAS), Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP) by Wealth College as well as Diploma in Financial Planning. He is also a motivational speaker and a trainer for Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has given talks to different industries and has spoken in numerous seminars to give sound financial advice and to educate others on wealth management.

Fion Goh Jiyan

Managing Director

A seasoned and committed professional, Fion brings with her a wealth of experience spanning more than 17 years in the life insurance industry. Prior to joining iHarvest family, she has worked with some of the top insurers in Singapore covering Sales, Corporate to Individual Life distributions. In her last designation, she was pivotal in improving the Protection & Health business and played a crucial role in the overall P&H strategy in the life business unit.

As the managing director, Fion will be responsible for driving the performance of the firm’s partnership network, align the channels’ strategies and ensuring the growth of the firm.

Ian Ang

Head of Operations

Ian is a veteran in the financial industry with over 9 years of track records. Drawing on his extensive experience, he will oversee iHarvest’s operational functions as the Head of Operation. Prior to this role, Ian was the Deputy Head of Business Operations with an established financial advisory firm
